My Great Grandma died yesterday in Oslo Norway. At a young age of 97! I feel very lucky that I got to meet her but wished I could have spent more time with her in her younger years. She had a great smile and a clear mind until the end. We captured this 5 generation picture in the summer of '06.
It is pretty incredible that she was able to live this long as the doctor said she would not live more than a couple hours when she was born. She was born so prematurely at a time when they didn't have the medical technology we have now.

In Memory of Else Berg...My Great Grandma

wow! that is a great photo. is your mom the one with the blonde hair behind you? your grandmother looks very healthy. i'm glad her passing was easy. :)
