There are a lot of details that would be hard to recall in our discovery of our new community but here it is. Our new house is supposed to be finished building in July 2009. We close on the sale of our current house March 2nd 2009.
We decided on Shamrock Heights in east Renton Highlands and here is why!
-many families with the same aged kids as ours.
-awesome community park.
-dog owners
-flat cul de sac and many sidewalks in a dead end road
-walking distance to a specialty meat shop and small produce shop
-walking distance to horses
-a community organizer who puts on bbq's and events in the park
-affordable
-closer to many cousins
-green built homes and community
We decided on the Shaw floor plan with the third floor loft. I plan on documenting our houses arrival on this blog. Ground Breaking date has yet to be determined as of today. I am so excited!!

New House!
